Good guys go to heaven and
Bad guys go to Pattaya!

I read this wording on a T-Shirt yesterday. I didn't understand the meaning immediately. On googling for 'Pattaya' I came to know that "Pattaya is one of the most prostitution based economies of any city in the world".
