I am glad to inform that I have pre-closed my home loan on 12th July 2008 (that's my 8th wedding anniversary) and have got back the house documents from ICICI Bank on 28th July 2008. Incidently 28th July 2008 happens to be the day I complete 5 years of service in Verizon :)
FYI, I bought this house on 12th July 2001 (1st Wedding anniversary).

Nice to hear this happy news vadivel. By Baba's grace everything goes well @ urside, don't wry. Hope now ur major debt kind-of over, so u can start thinking of buying a multiplex aprtmnt located near anna-nagar or boat-club for this homeless platform person named Maruthi. If u do so, ur name will be carved in my heart and the nxt generation school kids reads this sculpture in thier history books. Just give a thought whether u wld like to get retired from verizon as a normal person or wanted to be part of the history books in library. choice is URS :-)
